Zinsser Watertite is a low-odor, oil-based waterproofing paint engineered to protect interior and exterior concrete, stucco, cement, cinder block, and other masonry surfaces from water damage and moisture infiltration. The unique oil-base formula combines a state-of-the-art waterproofing resin with Portland cement to create a durable coating that resists water seepage through basement walls, foundation slabs, and below-grade masonry.

This mold and mildew-resistant paint solves the common problem of moisture-related damage and biological growth on masonry surfaces. It is ideal for basement walls, concrete basement slabs before flooring installation, exterior foundations, and retaining walls.
