Description
Specially designed as an interior latex primer sealer that provides a film with low vapor permeability, this non-breathing primer-sealer acts as a moisture vapor barrier when applied on interior walls and ceilings. Ideal for wallboard and plaster surfaces, this primer offers good adhesion, excellent holdout and dries quickly.
